Due to the nature of beverage products, all sales are final once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Change of mind
